Modify Shares Transactions

In this screen, an individual can be able to make changes to the data entered on shares.

Go to Shares/Modify Shares Transaction a screen that looks as follows will appear:

Click on the Extend command button: A pop-up dialog box is displayed with the option to select the client type.

Select the client type e.g. "Individual" and Click on the Choose command button . A pop-up dialog box is displayed with various Share clients .

Select the client you will want to make changes using the pick option. A pop-up dialog box is displayed with various Share transactions. Select the client for which changes are to be made and click on the next button. The selected client row will appear in red.

The selected client row will appear in red, click on the Next button a pop-up dialog box is displayed with the details of the selected client. You can now be able to make changes on the selected client on this dialog box e.g. "Member buys 12 shares valued at 120,000" This transaction was originally "Member buys 1 share valued at 10,000" as seen below:

Click on the Save button to save the changes or close to exit without saving
